RILEYfest

Riley Sager is a recording artist and performer originally from Toledo, Ohio.  He began writing at the age of thirteen years old and has most recently released his fourth project titled “Blue Skies.”  His first mixtape, simply called “A Perfect Mess,” was a collection of rhymes and ideas that formed an entity that was a feasting of hip-hop culture as we know it today. On his second project, Riley continued to expand his vocal prowess with the “Summer Vacation EP,” that included Spaceship and Hostages.  On his “Rite of Passage” project that was released May of 2015, Riley once again expanded his horizons with his most honest project to date, while continuing to raise the bar approaching “Rite of Passage” from an almost cinematic angle. Riley first performed in early 2014 at Howard’s Club H in Bowling Green, Ohio and has gone on to perform throughout the state of Ohio consistently in the years since. His outdoor performance at the Glass City Hip-Hop Festival in August of 2015 has led to numerous performances at Frankie's Inner City and the Ottawa Tavern in Toledo, Ohio. 

While Riley has opened up for King Chip, Bone Thugs N’ Harmony, Rittz, Mac Lethal, Wax, and Cryptic Wisdom along the way, perhaps the greatest achievement so far has been his sold out show in Berkeley, California at The Starry Plough. The first annual RileyFEST in January of 2019 was a massive success centered on the celebration of local artists following their dreams. RileyFEST features a different charity cause each year that benefits from the proceeds of limited edition merchandise handmade by Riley for the event along with a raffle as well.  Riley Sager is constantly evolving and consistently bringing a fresh sound to the world of hip-hop and “Blue Skies” only continues the momentum that has been gaining over the past five plus years. After relocating to Los Angeles in early 2019, Riley has began a new chapter focusing on his indie-folk project heavy with influences ranging from Paul Simon and Bob Dylan to modern acts consisting of Mt. Joy, Caamp, and Allan Rayman. New tunes are on the way and as always the good vibes will be present in each sound that he creates.
